James and the team at Alpharetta Service Center go above and beyond in quality service. We have used them for years and never been anything but happy with their service. We value their honesty and integrity in business. We recently had a leak they repaired and one month later the leak began again. They could easily have told us it was a different leak, but instead were honest in evaluating the problem and repaired the leak under warranty at no charge. We were so grateful! On one occasion when we needed assistance getting to and from the shop, they went so far as to take my kids and I home and picked us back up later so that we didn’t have to wait all day at the shop! They truly care about their customers and the quality of their work.

GOOD RESPECTABLE MECHANIC SHOP!! Advanced Auto diagnostic indicated a check engine light status was an issue with the evaporative system. So, we sent our daughter to ASC+A to see what the issue was and confirm the check engine light diagnostic at ASC+A. This was her first time to bring a vehicle to a mechanic, part of growing up. We didn’t give her any instructions on what to do when the mechanic called to say what they found. So when they called and told her it was the purge valve, she said ok, thanks and they said they would do the repairs. She then texted me with the cost, which I read a good bit later. Naturally as an overprotective mother, I went nuts over the price and called the mechanic to call him out on gouging my daughter because she was young... then I called my husband who was busy at work and was no help with the issue. So I started looking online at the typical material cost and repair labor. I thought they were charging too much, based on what I saw online. So I called James, the Service Manager, and commenced telling him how they were over charging and taking advantage of my daughters naiveness. He said, they put in Hyundai parts so they can provide a 24 month Parts and Labor guarantee, which sort of made sense. Regardless, I called the dealership parts and service department and got a quote, including materials cost. The dealership price came in a little more than ASC+A, so it seemed as though I greatly overreacted, with my 4 calls to James. He kept his cool each time I called and when I went to pickup the car. I ended up apologizing for being so abrasive, frankly, I don’t know how he stays so professional in these types of situations. We’ve used them on three previous occasions and found them trustworthy, I guess when your kids are involved, people tend to overreact...
