I took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler into the shop this morning to have the differentials looked at as I felt they may be leaking fluid. John greeted me at the door and drove the Jeep onto the lift and handed the issue over to Mark. Rather than immediately jump to a sale, Mark cleaned off the differentials and checked the fluid levels. The drain plugs were a bit loose and he tighten those up. Overall, it may have a small leak but it could also just have been a loose plug that needed to be tightened. He told me to drive around for a few days and see if the leak reappears. If it doesn't, I'm all set. If it does, bring it back in and they'll get it fixed up. Mark and John gave me an idea of what it would cost and took the Jeep off the lift and said, "No fee, just keep us in mind when you need some work done on the Jeep." As we say down here, those two are what I would consider, "good people." The customer service from my first interaction with them was unexpected in a positive way. I'll send business their way in the future for sure.
