Peace of Mind Warranty

The NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind® Warranty provides 24 Months / 24,000-Miles of coverage for qualifying services and repairs for vehicles up to and including 1 ton. This warranty is a DIFM (Do-It-For-Me) consumer/customer warranty and covers all parts and labor on covered services and repairs and is valid outside a 25-mile radius from the original repairing NAPA AutoCare Center. Should a consumer/customer need warranty service and for some reason cannot return to the original repairing facility, they would call 1-800-452-NAPA (6272) and be directed to a nearby NAPA AutoCare Center.

Best Practice

Providing a copy of the warranty or having the warranty statement printed on the back of each repair order, is an excellent way to ensure that your customers know what to do in case they need repairs and cannot get back to your facility. It's best to circle the number in front of the customer for their reference.

Note: Your business will be contacted via Sonsio (our warranty provider) or possibly be visited by a consumer that may have a warranty concern (i.e. - your business did not perform the original repair). Sonsio will work with you to determine the validity of all Peace of Mind® Warranty claims and will pay you directly for valid claims. When a NAPA part is involved, they will ask that you exchange the defective part with your servicing NAPA Store - they will pay you for the profit of the part (i.e. your resell price less your cost). Sonsio will pay labor to re-repair the vehicle up to the original amount, but exceptions apply due to varying labor rates across the country.
