This is the first auto shop that I've been to in a long time where I truly TRUST what they are telling me. It's not easy finding a shop or group of people like this nowadays. James and his team are great to work with and are very thorough, helpful, and friendly. I had an issue with my brakes squealing and they were determined to help me fix it and make sure everything was working properly. I won't go anywhere else but here to get my cars worked on anymore.

Recently had to get an engine swap done on my car, and after looking at reviews for shops all over town, I decided to take it Alpharetta Service Center. These guys are great! Fantastic customer service! James was extremely nice, and knowlegable, and kept me in the loop on everythig that needed to be done. Very impressed by the quality of work as well. Zach did a great job, and definitely takes pride in his work. Thanks guys! It's a little out of my way, but this is the only place I'll be taking my car from now on!

Me and my husband have had our cars serviced here for 13 years. Even though there's a new Mgr (James) service and our repairs have not lacked super customer service. No one likes repairing cars as repairs can be costly and leave you wondering if they did all they could do to save you money AND repaired your car with excellence. Well, our experience up to date Mar2018 has proven they are the exception to the "repair service centers take advantage of you" reputation. Our experiences with this service center deserves several honorable mentions.
We have never ever felt disappointed about giving ACS our business. James' team work well to give us knowledgeable, fair and honest pricing & recommendations even at their busiest seasons and hours...that goes a long way. Been using Alpharetta Service Ctr over 14 years and the service provided every time has been exceptional. James current service Mgr has continued the level of service I had grown to expect when having my cars and SUV serviced. Highly recommend him and his staff for great customer service and work performed over the years.
